Using hand-selected barrels that have been imported from the Douro region of Portugal, every barrel holds its own nuanced flavor profile. We blend Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey between 4-6 years prior to finishing in a single Ruby Port barrel for another 3-6 months. The result is a palate of cherry, brown sugar, and dark chocolate notes with olfactory notes of vanilla and stone fruit.
