It is very important to balance the drum which will efficiently reduce the vibration level. Recommend you to load the cloth one by one to balance the drum. And also it is very important to apply the spin disc on top of the cloth, recommend you to push the spin disc downwards to reduce the gap of the clothes. As a friendly reminder, please do not non-stop run the machine for more than 2 loads. Please have the motor rest for at least half hour before run the next load.
